Call for Abstracts: CLIMATE LAW SPECIAL ISSUE WITH ASSOCIATED WORKSHOP

"A special issue of the journal Climate Law on the role of international and domestic law in research and potential deployment of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) options is planned for late 2020. Original papers will be considered, not limited to the following topics pertinent to carbon dioxide removal approaches: The role of the Paris Agreement; The relevance of customary international law; The potential role of human rights regimes; Regulation of marine-based CDR options; The relevance of international procedural regimes, including the Espoo and Aarhus Conventions; Potentially pertinent domestic regulatory frameworks, especially those with comparative law relevance;"
