Met Office: Mauna Loa carbon dioxide forecast for 2021

"Carbon dioxide will continue to build up in the atmosphere in 2021 due to ongoing emissions from fossil fuel burning, land use change and cement production. This year's annual rise is predicted to be smaller than most recent years, due to a temporary strengthening of the land carbon sink associated with the current La Niña conditions.
