Jürgen Friedrich Jürgen Friedrich,

Since ages there is the discussion about climate. Even 'climate engineering' seems to
be somewhat worn out. And that on a very high level.
Now I see a change.
The ''current paper claims an analogy to natural processes''. Exactly the same is the point in my suggestions with respect to change climate to the better. Wie know the meteorological principles, by which the moisture above the Oceans are transferred towards the mainlands. There it comes to totally injust precipitation.
Human brainn can change that. The costs are much less than conventional seawater desalination.
Further Details on request.
