Bipartisan Policy - Task Force On Climate Remediation Research: Geoengineering: A National Strategic Plan for Research on the Potential Effectiveness, Feasibility, and Consequences of Climate Remediation Technologies

Leading experts on climate change science and technology comprising the Bipartisan Policy Center’s (BPC) Task Force on Climate Remediation Research today released a report calling for a coordinated federal research program to explore the potential effectiveness, feasibility, and consequences of climate remediation technologies.

"This report presents the conclusions of the Task Force on Climate Remediation Research, which was convened
by the nonprofit Bipartisan Policy Center in March 2010 to develop recommendations for the U.S. government
concerning geoengineering research and oversight policy. Participants included leaders from the scientific,

Negatonnes - An initial Assessment of the Potential for negative Emission Techniques to contribute safely and fairly to meeting carbon Budgets in the 21st century
