Workshop: Evaluating the climate impacts of solar geoengineering (impact world)
13. October 2017, Potsdam / Germany
Workshop on Impacts World 2017. "Solar geoengineering – proposals to cool the planet by increasing the planetary reflectivity – could be a feasible means of temporarily reducing the negative effects of climate change. Despite receiving increasing academic, policy, and public attention in recent years, there has been little attention paid to climate impacts of solar geoengineering on natural and human systems such as agriculture, health, water resources, and ecosystems."
